Gray UPVC Fittings PVC Water Pipe Fittings Reducing Coupling
PVC profile products have undergone a lead-in period and a high-speed development period. In terms of time, they can be defined as the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s and from 1995 to 2002. After 2003, the PVC profile industry entered a transition period. During the introduction period of the product: the manufacturer generally pursues low cost, simplifies the cross-section of the door and window profiles, and the formula is filled with a large amount of calcium carbonate, resulting in low product performance, and the occurrence of many quality problems affects the promotion of the product.
ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)
ABS is used to transport drinking water, mud and chemicals. The DWV (Drain Waste Exhaust) application is the most commonly used.
Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) and CPVC (post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride)
UPVC has excellent chemical resistance over the entire operating temperature range and has a wide range of working pressures. Due to the long-term high-strength characteristics, rigidity and cost-effectiveness, UPVC systems account for a considerable proportion of plastic pipe installations.
CPVC is resistant to a variety of acids, bases, salts, paraffins, halogens and alcohols. This is not solvent resistant, aromatic hydrocarbons and certain chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Polypropylene is suitable for use in food, drinking water and ultra-pure waters, as well as in the pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
Polyethylene has been successfully used for many years for the safe delivery of drinking water and wastewater, hazardous waste, and compressed gases.
