About the product
The HDPE pipes and fittings are formed via extrusion and plastic injection using the raw material of the brand-new polythene resin. Its quality is assured, and meets and even surpasses the relative requirements. The polythene is odorless and non toxic and feels like wax when touched by hand. The material has excellent low temperature resistance performance (The lowest temperature for the product is as low as -70--100 ℃)and good chemical stability. Most erosion of acid and alkali can be resisted (no resistance to the acid that can oxidize). The material is insoluble in common solutions under normal temperature and has small water absorption.
Stable sanitary performance: No-toxic, no chemical effect, no addictive of heavy metal and no bacteria produced. It could effectively prevent secondary pollution of drinking water.
Erosion-resistance and no scaling: The HDPE pipes and fittings can resist several chemical medium so as to avoid pipes being blocked by scaling.
Fine mechanical performance. The PE pipe has high toughness and strong adaptability to the uneven settlement of the pipes. Its strong resistance to underground movement and load can thus provide effective reliability and security of water supply, which makes the product an optimal choice for municipal water supply pipe network. Unique electro-fusion welding, hot butt fusion and hot butt injection technique: The water supply system that is assembled by homogeneous fusing and welding has excellent solderability, environmental stress crack resistance and rapid-crack resistance. The intensity of the interface/joint could be stronger than that of the pipe itself, realizing the joint and pipe integration and a secure joint. The leaking rate of municipal pipe network can be effectively reduced.
Strong chemical-erosion resistance and anti-aging performance: HDPE molecules have no polarity and therefore the stability of the fittings is excellent with strong resistance to chemical erosion. The HDPE pipes and fittings can bear the effect of acid and alkali in earth and be applicable in special circumstances. The product could have a lifespan of over 50 years when used under normal conditions, thus significantly lowering the expenses generated in maintenance and replacement.
